So, to delight your mango appetite, we have organised a vacation for mango lovers, this summer at Purbasthali. Surrounded by some of the oldest and biggest mango orchards, our resort is just the right place to start your mouthwatering mango tour.
- Aam Pora Sherbet as Welcome Drink
- Aam Dal and Aam Chutney will accompany the regular lunch menu
- Sumptuous, juicy and freshly picked local mangoes like Himsagar/ Langra / Fajli to be served during stay.
- Early morning tour of a 100-year-old mango orchard.
- If you wish, we can also serve your lunch in the mango orchard.

Few other things you can do at Purbathali
- Fishing: Tell us beforehand about your passion for angling and we would secure a special spot at the lakeside for you. You can bring in your equipment or use our fishing rods too. Rohu, Katla, Kalbaush, Mrigel are the usual catch.
- Boating: Take a boat ride in the Ox Bow Lake in the evenings when the cool river breeze blows inland.
- Bird watching: The winters are not the only times, when birds visit Purbasthali. You can catch a glimpse of kingfishers, egrets, storks and a whole lot of local birds during summers too.
